Overview

We are now accepting applications for Manager Trainees for our Manager in Training Program. This program will develop leaders through a blend of operational training, leadership training and on-the-job experience and is designed to build leaders for our future. Participants will be given access to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to serve in one of the various management or leadership role at Resurgens. The program includes rotational assignments for participants to gain a broad understanding of multiple functions and learn more about our business and culture.  

Responsibilities

Participants will spend between six and twelve months in the training program. Successful applicants will need to be available and willing to travel during the training program to any Resurgens location and work varying schedules, to include early mornings and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

Qualifications that we will look for are

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and one year experience working full-time in a medical setting OR four years of relevant work experience in medical setting.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills sufficient to present a polished and professional image.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully handle with conflict.
