Overview

The process of recruiting is a creative one, as it involves using both traditional and non-traditional resources and a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent. Resources often include community networking events, job fairs, online sources, career fairs, and advertising/marketing programs.

As our talent acquisition expert you will assess our current talent acquisition processes and participate in building a plan to attract the right talent that aligns with our overall talent strategy and differentiates us in the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  •  Background checks and drug screen requisitions
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Make all verbal offers, send offer letters, place candidate on the training calendar and submit IT ticket
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Building the career website to communicate our employment brand,
  • Collaborate with ADP/RPO regarding staffing, salary and on-boarding workflow
  • Creating an efficient and user friendly internal process for the client utilizing our ATS
  • Enhancing the on-boarding process to maximize engagement
  • Co-host New Hire Orientation every other Monday

Qualifications

  • Are passionate for making processes smooth and efficient, especially passionate about electronic efficiencies
  • Think like a consultant, solving problems and developing strategies based on a strong understanding the business and the people we need
  • Prefer collaboration to flying solo
  • Are super organized and detail oriented, yet quickly grasp the big picture
  • Communicate well – in writing and verbally
  • Have a degree in a related field
  • Have experience in healthcare recruiting
