  • Overview

    The primary function of the Regional Marketing Manager is to develop and implement a regional marketing strategy to achieve business goals including increased name recognition, increased practice revenue, increased referrals, etc. This role will have overall market visibility with emphasis in the Northwest & Southwest Metro Atlanta regions.

    • Develop and implement regional marketing strategy and plans.
    • Determine and leverage engaging and valuable marketing opportunities such as sponsorships, on-site community event activations, local ads, partnerships, etc.
    • Plan and coordinate events throughout your regions targeting key audiences (i.e. general public, medical practices, etc.).
    • Present new marketing strategies to further advance exposure/growth
    • Manage regional budgets
    • Create and manage reporting
    • Travel throughout the Northwest & Southwest Metro Atlanta regions to serve as a liaison to medical and business professionals including personal visits to distribute practice information and promotional items to maintain and create referral sources
    • Design and develop collateral materials such as brochures, newsletters, web pages, business cards, letterhead, announcements, promotional flyers
    • Attend required management and team meetings
    • Track referrals and assess marketing activities, reporting results back to the team on a regular basis
    • Collaborate with marketing team members on overall practice strategy, campaigns, collateral, etc.
    • Coordinate public affairs and communications efforts to include public relations and community outreach.
    • Represent the company at various community events, health fairs, and/or business meetings to promote the company, including events affiliated with the Resurgens Charitable Foundation when appropriate.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
    • Relevant healthcare industry knowledge preferred
    • Extensive event planning experience
    • Marketing and sales experience

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
    • Results oriented with ability to prioritize organizational objectives and meet deadlines
    • Ability to set marketing goals and strategy and willingness to be hands-on
    • Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills with an extremely outgoing personality
    • Creative and innovative approach to marketing, adaptable to change
    • Self-starter, highly organized and able to work with team members
    • Strong leadership skills, positive customer service spirit, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
    • Understanding physician motivations
    • Ability to gather information follow through to close business growth opportunities
    • Experienced in relationship marketing
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
    • Requires travel throughout the community, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license
    • Appropriate car insurance coverage
